Sales visualisation: Working from hand drawn sketches, 2D CAD plans or 3D models from programmes such as Sketch up or Revit, we can build realistically textured models and combine them with trees, people and cars to create accurate images of proposed schemes.
Photomontage: Site photography is combined with survey data and 3D rendered content to create highly accurate photo realistic images. Suitable for use with planning permission issues or heritage projects, the final images are supported by a detailed support document outlining the method and assumptions made.
Animation: Laser scanner data and 3D rendered content can be animated and produced in a variety of formats suitable for web or display use. We have produced animated content for projects as varied as Nuclear power stations and flood defence systems.
Virtual 3D: Using flash based technology, we can combine data from our laser scanners with site photography to create virtual tours of buildings and complex sites. With all data carefully tied in to 2D plans using our total station survey, the web based virtual viewpoints can quickly enable even non technical clients to understand complex sites using the intuitive controls.
3D interactive models: Using 3D PDF technology, we can create interactive models from laser scan or CAD data. Capable of being emailed and using a basic, free viewer, we can supply models that can be investigated - looking at sections, measuring distances or viewing site lines.
